教学商店实训基地建设与学习领域实训课程体系设计研究

On the System Design of Practical Bases and Field-Based Learning Curriculum of Teaching Shop

我国高职院校经济管理类专业的校内外实训基地建设一直存在诸多困惑与困扰,通过对高职院校校内可资利用的市场和资源进行分析,提出建立校内教学商店,模拟企业化运作,为学生提供各种层次的实习岗位,实行"工学交替"的教学模式。根据高职教育学习领域课程开发的理念,通过教学商店典型工作任务和行动领域分析,导出了相应的学习领域实训课程体系,设计了该课程体系相应的学习情境。

There exist many puzzles about practical bases in and out of our higher vocational institute in specialties of economy and administration. The paper puts forward setting teaching shop in school, stimulating enterprise operation and carrying out teaching model of working and learning in turn to provide all kinds of practical posts for students through analyzing useful markets and resources in higher vocational institute. In order to get ideal practical effects, it designs teaching model of working and learning in turn by heart, draws practical curriculum system corresponding to field-based learning and designs its learning scenes according to the field- based learning theory of higher vocational education and typical work mission and action-oriented analysis. It paves the way of practical bases and teaching practice research of teaching shop.
