摘要
应用热解法进行黄连木籽油热解实验。对热解产物做气相色谱-质谱分析,结果表明,黄连木籽油热解产物的成分大部分为烷烃和烯烃,碳链长度为11~18。通过分析热解产物与黄连木籽油的关系,发现甘油三酸酯在热解过程中,酯基的α和β碳原子之间的价键发生断裂。测定热解产物的物性,与柴油相比较得出,黄连木籽油热解产物的低热值稍低于柴油,运动粘度与柴油相当,闪点低于柴油很多。基于Vogel方程导出了热解产物的粘温关系式。
The pyrolysis experiment on Pistacia chinensis Bunge seed oil is carried out, and the pyrolysis products are analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrography (GC/MS). The results show that most of the pyrolysis products are alkanes and olefins with 11-18 carbon chain length. Through analyzing the relationship between pyrolysis products and Pistacia chinensis Bunge seed oil, we find that the bond breaking takes place between α carbon atom and β carbon atom of the ester group in the triglyceride pyrolysis process. The physical properties are determined. Compared with the diesel, we draw the conclusion that the low heat value of the pyrolysis products is slightly lower than diesel, the kinematic viscosity of them are similar, the flash point of the pyrolysis products is significantly lower than diesel. The viscosity-temperature relation of the pyrolysis products is derived based on Vogel equation.
