摘要
目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与应对方式的相关性,为心理辅导和教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用时间管理倾向量表、简易应对方式量表对1154名大学生的时间管理倾向和应对方式进行测评分析。结果男女大学生应对方式量表的积极应对方式与消极应对方式评分均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);男生时间管理倾向量表的计划、反馈性及时间管理行为效能维度分均显著高于女生(P〈0.05或0.01),而时间管理效能维度分显著低于女生(P〈0.05);时间管理倾向各维度与应对方式的积极应对均呈显著正相关(P〈0.01),与消极应对均无显著相关性(P〉0.05);时间管理倾向量表时间价值感、时间监控感、时间效能感维度分的积极应对高分组均显著高于低分组(P〈0.01),而消极应对高分组与低分组间仅时间监控感维度分有显著性差异(P〈0.05);时间价值感、时间监控感、时间效能感对应对方式均构成显著的回归效应。结论大学生时间管理倾向与应对方式有着密切的联系,对积极应对方式有显著的预测和解释作用。
Objective To study the relationship between the time management disposition and the coping style in college students so as to providing the basis for psychological counselling and the educational work. Methods The Time Management Disposition Inventory(TMDI) and the Simpled Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) of 1154 college students were analyzed by the time management disposition and the coping style questionnaire. Results Active and passive coping style of coping style questionnaire score has non-significance difference about sex(P〉0.05). Feedback of Time Management Disposition questionnaire and time management behavior potency dimension data of male is obviously higher than female (P〈0.05 0.01), the time management disposition date potency dimension is lower than female (P〈0.05) ; the time management disposition potency dimension and coping with of coping style has remarkable direct correlation(P〈0.01) ,has no correlation with passive action(P〉0.05). The time management disposition time value,time monitoring , time potency dimension of the high mark active copying group is obviously higher than low mark group(P〈0.01). Time value, time monitoring , time potency dimension construct remarkable regression effect. Conclusion The time management disposition and the coping style of college students have great relationship, and the time management disposition has significant effect on prediction and interpretation with positively coping style.
