情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者个性特征调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者的个性特征,及其与疾病的发生发展的相关性。方法对40例情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者采用艾森克个性问卷、焦虑自评量表、韦氏成人智力测验量表、韦氏记忆测验量表进行测评分析。结果情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者艾森克个性问卷的E维度分均显著低于中国正常人常模(P〈0.05),而N维度分均显著高于中国正常人常模(P〈0.01);焦虑白评量表评分显著升高;智力测验结果虽在正常范围,但偏低;记忆商数也低于中国常模。结论内倾不稳定型的性格特征是导致情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者发病的内因,而社会环境因素则是导致患者发病的外因;罹患情感性精神障碍抑郁发作患者可导致其智力水平偏低,记忆功能下降。 Objective To explore personality characteristics and their correlation to development of disease in depressive episode patients with affective disorder. Methods Assessments and analyses were conducted in 40 depressive episode patients with affective disorder with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Self-rating Anxiety Seale(SAS), Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS) and Weehsler Memory Scale(WMS). Results E scores of parients were all significantly lower(P〈0.05) and N higher (P〈0. 01) than those of Chinese norm; scores of the SAS elevated significantly; intelligence test results were within normal limits, but a bit low; memory quotients of the patients were lower than those of Chinese norm. Conclusion The introversion instability of character trait is the internal cause resulting in development of disease of depressive episode patients with affeetive disorder and social environment factors are external cause; intelligence levels of the patients are a bit low and memory functions lower.
