摘要
目的 探讨中学生心理健康状况及心理干预效果。方法采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、状态特质焦虑量表对780名中学生进行心理健康状况调查,将人组学生随机分为干预组416名,对照组364名,干预组进行系统的心理卫生知识教育,每月1次,共12次,对照组不进行心理健康教育。心理干预结束后对两组学生进行测评分析。结果中学生焦虑、抑郁情绪检出率分别为11.8%、36.9%,均高于正常范围(9.0%),状态焦虑与特质焦虑程度均显著高于常模组(P〈0.05);干预组心理干预后各量表评分均较干预前有显著下降,并显著低于对照组(P〈0.05或0.01);经1a的系统心理干预后,干预组焦虑抑郁、负性情绪检出率较干预前显著下降(P〈0.01)。结论中学生存在诸多的心理问题,系统的心理干预可显著改善其心理健康状况。
Objective To study mental health states with teenager and the effect of mental intervention. Methods 780 teenager were tested with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and State-trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) , then randomly divided into intervention group 416 and control group 364. Intervention group were educated with knowledge of mental health by professional people one time every month (total twelve), the control group didn't carried on the psychologically healthy education. All students were retested with same questionnaire after finishing mental intervention with intervention group. Results The detection rate of anxiety, depression mood was 11.8% ,36.9%. Anxiety-depression is higher than the normal range 9.0% ,the degree of state anxiety and trait anxiety were higher than norm group(P〈0.05). After intervention group mental intervention, the total score of SAS, CES-D, STAL has the remarkable drop and was lower significantly than those of control group(P〈0.05 or 0.01). After 1 a system psychology intervention, intervention group anxious-depression negative mood detection rate has remarkable drop (P〈0.01) . Conclusion Teenager has many psychological problems, systemic mental intervention can obviously improve their psychologically healthy condition.
