盐析分相微萃取-液相色谱法测定水中痕量五氯酚 被引量:3

Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Water by Liquid Chromatography after Salting-out Phase-separation Microextraction

摘要 本文采用正丁醇作萃取剂,盐析分相微萃取样品处理方法富集水中五氯酚,反相高效液相色谱法测定水中痕量五氯酚。考察了不同萃取剂、盐析效应和pH值对萃取效果的影响。该方法加标回收率为87.41%,方法检出限为0.00467mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.09%。该萃取方法可有效富集水中痕量五氯酚。 A salting-out phase--separation microextraction/liquid chromatography method was used for the determination of pentachlorophenol in water. The extraction solvent was n-butyl alcohol. The effect of experimental conditions on response such as different extraction solvents, salting out effect and pH were investigated. The average recovery of the pentachlorephenol in water was 87.41%. The detection limits was 0.00467mg/L. The RSD was 2.09%. It showed that the extraction method could be used for concentrating trace pentaehlorophenol in water.
