摘要
在pH9.6的Na2B4O7电解质中,镍和丁二酮肟在-1060mV(vs.SCE)处产生灵敏的络合吸附波,峰电流与镍的浓度在1.0×10-3~25μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.12ng/mL。该方法仪器试剂简单,操作快速简便,用于测定水样中微量镍,结果满意。
In the solution of Na2B4O7(pH9.6),the sensitive polarographic complex adsorptive wave of Ni(Ⅱ)-dimethylglyoxime (DMG) has been investigated in detail. The peak potentiM was at -1060 mV(vs.SCE ) on oseillopolarograph. The concentration of nickel was proportional to the peak height of the second order derivative wave in the range of 1.0×10^-3~25μg/mL. The detection limit was 0.12ng/mL The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and has been used to determine trace nickel in water.
