摘要 本文研究采用分光光度法测定食品容器用三聚氰胺-甲醛成型品的甲醛单体迁移量。样品采用常规直接浸泡法、微波条件浸泡法两种不同前处理方式后直接通过分光光度计分析甲醛单体迁移量。结果表明常规直接浸泡法(酸、水条件)与微波条件浸泡法(酸、水、醇条件)均有甲醛迁移出。两种浸泡方法比较:微波条件下甲醛单体迁移量较大。 A method for determination of the formaldehyde monomer's migratory quantity from melamine--formaldehyde used as containers by spectrophotometry method is developed in this article.Pre-treated with different ways which were normal immersion method and microwave immersion method, the formaldehyde monomer's migratory quantity of the sample was determined by spectrophotometry method. It demonstrated that formaldehyde monomers were migrated after these two pre-treated. These two pretreated method were conventional direct immersion method (acid, waster condition ) and microwave immersion method (acid, waster, alcohol condilion). It showed that migratory quantity of formaldehyde monomer from sample pretreated with microwave method is more than conventional immersion method.
