摘要 水工混凝土不可避免地受挟沙石水流的冲刷而遭受磨蚀破坏,其破坏成因与一般受力作用机理不同。混凝土的抗磨蚀强度主要取决于各组成材料的抗磨蚀性能及其在混凝土中的含量。通过分析提出的抗磨混凝土配合比设计原则和方法,研究出的无机抗磨混凝土,不仅成本低,而且施工方便,经过施工实践验证性能优良。为了提高磨蚀破坏修补的质量,还研制了混凝土修补粘结剂,此项技术可广泛应用于混凝土各种病害层面的修补。 Hydraulic concrete cannot avoid corrosion by water flow carrying sediment eroding and get damaged.The cause of the damage is different from the mechanism of general action.The anti-corrosion strength of concrete depends on the anti-corrosion characteristics and contents of compositions in the concrete.Through analysis,the design principle and method of anti-corrosion concrete mix proportion are presented.A inorganic anti-corrosion concrete has been developed,which is low in cost,but easy to construct as well,its performance in practice is good.To improve the quality of remedying corrosion damages,a remedy binding agent has been made,which can widely apply to the different damaged layers of concrete.
