水电站水力机械设计中的几个问题

A modest opinion of hydraulic machinery design of HPS

通过对近年来由我院设计的大化、岩滩和百龙滩等水电站的实际运行情况的调查，针对水力机械设备选型和设备布置中存在的不足之处，提出关键设备选用进口产品，阀门以选用蝶阀为主，油处理设备及水泵基础旁增设排油沟和排水沟等改进措施，以便在新电站的设计工作中吸取经验教训，提高电站设计质量。

Through the investigation and collecting materials of the practical operation condition of the Dahua ,Yantan and Bailongtan HPS designed by Guangxi EPI SDR institute,in view of the shortcoming of hydraulic machinery type selection and layout,the author suggested some improve coutermeasures ,eg selecting import products as key devices,using butterfly valve as the main,oil treatment device and pumb base being laid drain ditch,etc.Then it may draw a lesson to new HPS design and improve design quality.
