在标准化海堤试点工程—北海大坎堤围加固改建设计中，通过分析研究确定了工程的防御标准、布局、堤型结构等，并对广西标准化海堤建设在防御标准、堤线布置。

In the rebuilding-strengthening design of the Dakan dikes surroundings in Beihai city, the standardized sea dikes costruction pilot project ,the designers selected the project's defensive standard ,layout and dike type structure by analysing and researching.The author proposed some ideas on defensive standard ,dike line layout,dike type structure selection and construction management, to the standardized construction of Guangxi sea dikes.
