In management of Owner-Enginer-Contractor, there are no conventional full-time quality inspection agency and staffs.However,construction of unerground powerhouse project Ertan hydropower station was carried out successfully. Construction quality of the whole project is ensured. Therefore,it is necessary and significant to provide thorough examination and partial analysis for guarantee system of construction quality control during construction.
