The Research on the Construction System of Enterprise Culture of Our Domestic Professional Soccer Clubs

运用文献检索法和逻辑分析法,从企业文化视角对职业足球俱乐部企业文化的内涵和作用进行研究,初步构建出我国职业足球俱乐部企业文化建设体系,旨在丰富职业足球俱乐部企业文化建设理论,并为俱乐部经营管理者进行企业文化建设提供参考依据。

By means of literature review and logical analysis, the authors of this article mainly study the concept and function of the enterprise culture of professional soccer clubs from the perspective of enterprise culture, and initially construct the enterprise culture construction system of ore＂ domestic professional soccer clubs. It aims to enrich the theory of enterprise culture construction of professional soccer clubs, and to provide the references for the managers of clubs.
