摘要
招募、组织社区肥胖老人进行12周适宜形式和强度的有氧运动。对老人运动前后的BMI、血糖、血脂等变化和血清胰岛素(Fins)、瘦素(lep)水平进行实验研究。结果显示:有氧运动使受试者体重、BMI、TG和血清胰岛素、瘦素等有所下降,其中体重、BMI、TG和血清瘦素呈现显著性下降。结果表明:12周有氧运动对肥胖老人减轻体重,改善体脂代谢,降低瘦素水平具有明显效果,对逆转肥胖老人的胰岛素抵抗(IR)现象具有积极意义。
Old obese people were organized to exercise aerobically for 12 weeks. BMI, blood fat, glucose, insulin, and leptin were measured before and after exercise. Body weight, BMI, TG, blood insulin and leptin declined after exercise, and body weight, BMI,TG, and leptin decreased significantly. These results show that 12 weeks of aerobic exercise can significantly lower body weight, improve fat metabolism, decrease leptin in old obese people, and make positive contribution to reverse insulin resistance in old obese people.
