摘要
训练管理是一门复杂的艺术,作为项目管理层次的责任人,往往面临着来自社会舆论、更高层次管理者、比赛结果等诸多方面的压力。因此,面临重大赛事时,训练管理者容易产生"心理失衡"的现象。这种心理失衡,不仅影响着训练管理者对重大赛事的决策,也对教练和队员造成了很大的负面干扰。从管理学和心理学两个层面对重大赛事时训练管理者的心理失衡现象进行分析,并提出了解决训练管理者心理失衡现象的应对策略。
Training management is a complex art, as the project management level of responsibility people, often in the face from public opinion, a higher level managers, the results of competition and many other aspects of stress. Therefore, when faced with major events, training managers easily lead to "mental imbalance" of the situation.This kind of psychological imbalance,not only affect the training of managers in decision- making on major events,hut also conches and players have had a great negative interference. This article will study the management and psychology major toumaments on the two levels when training managers to analyze the psychological state of imbalance,and put forward suggestions to solve the imbalance between training managers psychological situation of coping strategies.
