基于第三层协议的网络交换，是现在最为流行的交换技术．结合武汉水利电力大学校园网络的建网情况，介绍了一种基于第三层协议的虚拟局域网络Ｖｌａｎ（Ｖｉｒｔｕａｌｌｏｃａｌａｒｅａｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ）的自组织方法，并详细描述了Ｖｌａｎ的自组织学习算法．

Today,the virtual local area networks (LANs) switching is on network layer protocol.This paper discusses the automated mechanism of the virtual LANs based on network protocol,and describes the automated algorithm of the virtual LANs.
