摘要
对气相色谱法检测粮食中敌敌畏、敌百虫、马拉硫磷、辛硫磷、杀螟硫磷、甲基嘧啶磷等6种有机磷农药残留量的色谱条件进行优化选择,比较了不同毛细管柱的分离效果,选择了气体的最佳流量和程序升温的最佳起始温度,使保留时间相差很小的组分得到了较好的分离,并提出了解决柱头污染的有效方法。
Gas chromatography conditions have been optimally selected for analyzing six kinds of organophosphorus pesticides(including dichlorvos, dipterex, malathion, phoxim, fenitrothion, pirimiphos -- methyl) in grain. Separation effects of different capillary columns were compared, the optimal gas flow and original programmed temperature were selected. Compositions with small retention time difference have been separated well, and the effective methods have been put forward to solve the problem of chapiter pollution.
