摘要 目的:筛选出超声波提取大血藤鞣质的最佳工艺。方法:采用薄层色谱法对大血藤鞣质进行成分检测;采用超声波提取法,以提取时间,乙醇浓度,料液比为因素,用正交实验法来确定最佳提取条件;采用比色法测定大血藤鞣质的含量。结果:用70%乙醇,料液比为1∶15超声波提取30 min效果最好。结论:大血藤鞣质提取工艺的优化,为大血藤鞣质进一步研究提供参考。 Objective: To screen out the best methods of the ultrasonic extraction of Sargentodoxa tannin.Methods: Thin-layer chromatography was used to determine the components of Sargentodoxa Tannin.An ultrasonic extraction method was used as the factors of extraction time,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio;an orthogonal experiment used as the best extraction conditions;a colorimetric method used to determine the content of Sargentodoxa tannin.Results: With 70% of ethanol,the liquid ultrasonic extraction in the ratio of 1∶15 acquired the best results in 30 minutes.Conclusion: The optimization of the extraction process of Sargentodoxa tannin through the ultrasonic extraction method provides more reference for further study of Sargentodoxa tannin.
