摘要
本文论述了二滩水电站座环蜗壳的材料、结构性能、工艺技术、标准等特点,水压试验的目的、要求和意义。进行了最高水压力为2.31、2.60、3.50Mpa时间为2h的水压试验和1.94MPa的静水压力埋设混凝土新工艺,均获一次成功,并进行了应力和应变的测试,浅析其成果,符合规范和设计要求。同时,简述国内外水压试验和压力埋设的工程概况,用以总结经验,不断提高,促进水电建设事业的蓬勃发展。
This document illustrates the materials for stay ring spiral case, and its structure, performance, workshop technology, standard, and so on; Meanwhile, the purpose, requirement, and significance for waterstatic test in the Ertan hydropower station are also included. We have performed and succeeded by one time the static test of 2 31MPa by 2hrs, 2 60MPa by 2hrs, 3 50MPa by 2hrs. Concreting is carried under the condition of static pressure of 1 94MPa, as well as the test for stress and stress deformation. Both conform to the code and design requirement. Some water static tests and those under pressure condition at home and abroad are compared with so as to sum up the experience.
