On the Implementation of Conflict Management in College Classroom

课堂是学校实施教学的阵地,不同层次的教育应针对自身的课堂目标对课堂实施不同的管理方式。对于居于高中以上教育层次的高校而言,其课堂教学具有不同于基础教育教学的特点,笔者认为对高校课堂实施冲突管理是建立有效课堂的重要策略。

The class is important for the school teaching. Different levels of education should aim at its own goal of the class to implement different classroom management styles. For colleges and universities, its teaching has characteristics different from the basic education and teaching. The class implementation of conflict management in colleges and universities is an important strategy to establish an effective class.
