板蓝根粗提物对罗汉果花叶病毒病防治效果试验

Efficiency of Radix Isatidis extracts in controlling mosaic virus disease of Momordica grosvenorii Swingle

为探索防治罗汉果花叶病毒病的新途径,进行了板蓝根粗提物对罗汉果花叶病毒病的室内和大田防治效果试验。结果显示,板蓝根粗提物100倍液对罗汉果花叶病毒病的防治效果最好,其防治效果高于市售化学药剂可卡宁,且大田防治效果比室内高;随着防治次数的增加,其室内防治效果有所提高,而大田防治效果有所降低,表明板蓝根粗提物对罗汉果花叶病毒病的预防效果大于治疗效果;同时,经板蓝根粗提物处理后,罗汉果的产量和大果数均有显著提高。

The present experiment was conducted to study the new control method on mosaic virus disease of Momordica grosvenorii Swingle. The control efficacy of extracts from Radix Isatidis on mosaic virus disease of Momordica grosvenorii Swingle was tested in greenhouse as well as under field conditions. The results showed that 100 times diluted extracts from Radix Isatidis had the best control efficacy and it was higher than that of 600 times diluted moroxydin hydrochloride. The control efficacy in field was higher compared to greenhouse. With the increase in time after application, the control efficacy in greenhouse increased but it decreased in field. It is suggested that preventive effects of Radix Isatidis extracts on mosaic virus disease of Momordica grosvenori Swingle was better than the control. Furthermore, when Momordica grusvenorii plants were treated with Radix Isatidis extracts, their yield and quality increased significantly compared to the control.
