植物源杀菌剂研究进展Ⅰ:抑菌植物资源

近30年来,有关抑菌杀菌植物的筛选研究在国内外陆续开展。文章对菊科(Compositae)、豆科(Leguminosae)、百合科(Liliaceae)、姜科(Zingiberaceae)、唇形科(Labiatae)、芸香科(Rutaceae)、桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)、禾本科(Poaceae)、樟科(Lauraceae)等植物在抑制真菌、细菌和病毒等方面的研究进展进行了综述,为进一步研究开发新型的植物源杀菌剂,开发利用我国丰富的植物资源提供参考。

The present paper describes the research advances on antimicrobial properties of extracts from the plants belongs to Compositae, Leguminosae, Liliaceae, Zingiberaceae, Labiatae, Rutaceae, Myrtaceae, Poaceae and Lauraceae and their effect on fungi, bacteria and viruses. These details provide reference for further exploitation of botanical fungicides and application of abundant plant resources.
