摘要
为合理利用当地桑枝资源,2008~2009年在广西天峨县六排镇纳州村进行桑枝屑不同添加比例栽培平菇试验,探讨桑枝屑对平菇菌丝生长、鲜菇产量及经济效益的影响。结果表明,3个添加桑枝屑的栽培料配方均能正常出菇,但综合各配方的生物转化率、鲜菇产量及投入产出比,则以桑枝屑30%、枫木屑55%、麸皮10%、石膏1%、石灰2%、过磷酸钙2%为平菇高效栽培料配方。
An experiment has been conducted to study the effects of mulberry sawdust on the growth of mycelium, fresh yield and economic benefit of mushroom and to evaluate the reasonable application of the mulberry sawdust resources. The mulberry sawdust was applied at different rates to culture Pleurotus ostreatus in Nazhou village of Liupai Township, Tian'e county, Guangxi, during the year 2008 and 2009. The results showed that P1eurotus ostreatus could grow well when applied with different rates of mulberry sawdust, but the yield, bio-transformation rate and ratio of input to output of fresh Pleurotus ostreatus were the best in the culture formula of 30% mulberry sawdust, 55% maple sawdust, 10% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 2% lime and 2% calcium superphosphate together. This formulation may be used for sustaining the production of Pleurotus ostreatus.
