摘要
以贵州省遵义市乐山镇为例,采用对比分析法,对该地区实施土地整理后的土地利用结构、粮食产量、农民收入、项目区生态环境及农民的生存环境等进行定性及定量分析,研究土地整理给农民带来的效益。结果表明,实施土地整理后,项目区土地利用结构得到优化,耕地面积及粮食产量得到增加,农民收入得到提高,生态环境得到改善,说明土地整理提高了农民的生活水平和生存环境。因此,今后要加快土地整理步伐,引导农民进行土地的有序流转,以提高土地利用率。
A land consolidation project was conducted in Leshan Town, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province and a comparative method was used to study on the changes in land use structure, crop yields, farmers＇ income and ecological environment and its benefit to farmers from land consolidation, quantitatively as well as qualitatively. It was found that the land use structure has been optimized after the land consolidation. Further, it resulted into increased cultivated area and farmers＇ income has been improved. It also improved the ecological environment. As a result, farmers＇ living standards and environment have been improved. Therefore, the process of land consolidation should be sped up by guiding farmers to transfer land orderly to improve land use capability.
