小儿脑瘫家庭运动训练与医院康复训练的对比研究

目的：了解小儿脑瘫家庭运动康复训练在医疗实施中的可行性。方法：分为家HTH庭运动康复训练组与医院康复训练组两大组，家庭组以运动训练（Bobath法）为主，辅以肢体按摩、足底穴位按摩及鼠神经生长因子肌注等方法；医院组采用综合措施。通过对所有病人的有关家庭资料了解、疗效评估及流失率的差异度比较，研究脑瘫患儿家庭运动康复训练的现实状态。结果：①家庭运动康复训练的病例明显少于医院康复训练组的病例。②家庭组脑瘫儿的总有效率为86．21％，医院组为90．21％，P〉0．05，差异无显着性。③家庭组患儿的总流失率为18．31％，医院组患儿总流失率为11．54％，P〉0．05，差异无显着性。④家庭组中外地病员流失比本市病儿要多些，统计处理P〈0．05。结论：家庭运动康复训练的疗效与医院康复训练相当，值得推广。但实施方法尚需改善和加强。

Methods： Divides into the family HTH courtyard movement recovery training set and the hospital recovery training set two big groups,the family group by the movement training （the Bobath law） primarily,auxiliary by body massage,full bottom acupuncture point massage and methods and so on mouse nerve growth factor intermuscular injection;The hospital group uses the comprehensive measure. Through to all patient＇s related family material understanding,the curative effect appraisal and the rate of personnel loss difference comparison,studies the brain paralysis trouble family movement recovery training the realistic condition. Results ： （D Family movement recovery training case o~ illness is short obviously in hospital recovery training set＇s case of illness. QFamily group brain paralysis total effectiveness is 86.21%, the hospital group is 90.21%, P〉0.05, the difference does not have the significance. （3）The family group trouble total rate of personnel loss is 18. 31%, the hospital group trouble total rate of personnel loss is 11.54%, P〉0. 05 ,the difference does not have the significance. （4）The family group Chinese and foreign patient drains compared to this city gets sick wants many, the statistics to process P〈0.05. Conclusion：The family movement recovery training curative effect and the hospital recovery training quite,is worth promoting. But the implementation method still had to improve and the enhancement.
