本研究通过对痔术前、术后进行肛管直肠测压，与正常人进行比较分析，对环状嵌顿痔、环状混合痔的发病机理及病理变化进行研究，特别是对环状嵌顿痔的发病机、理及环状混合痔是否需行内括约肌松解术等方面进行探讨。
