摘要
探讨使用可吸收钉内固定治疗下胫腓联合不稳定型踝关节骨折的临床疗效。采用可吸收钉内固定具有操作简便，下胫腓联合稳定固定，骨折愈合和复位良好，免除二次手术的有点，是治疗下胫腓联合部分不稳定型踝关节骨折的较好方法。
