传统手术室护理主要针对患者在手术期间即从进入手术室开始到手术结束的这一段时间内所实施的护理，体现的是手术中护理。随着整体护理的广泛开展并在病房的成功实施，对手术室护理也提出了更高的要求，手术病人除了应得到手术中细致的护理外，术前及术后我们也应根据其身心、社会等各方面的需要而提供优质服务，使病人从得到手术通知开始到入室手术直至术后恢复的整个过程得到全面的护理。所以，应用护理程序对手术病人实施有目的、有计划的系统护理，包括术前访视、术中护理及术后随访，就构成了手术室的整体护理过程。

Widely de- velops along with whole nursing and in the hospital ward success implementation,also proposed to operating room nursing a higher request, the surgery patient besides should obtain in the surgery careful nursing, after in front of the technique and the technique we also should act according to its body and mind, the society and so on various aspects need to provide the high--quality service, enable the patient from to obtain the surgery to inform to start after to enter the inner rooms the entire process which until the surgery the technique restores to obtain comprehensive nursing. Therefore, implements using the nursing procedure to the surgery patient has the goal,has plan system nursing, makes a house-call, in the technique after the technique in front of nursing and the technique makes a follow--up visit,constituted the operating room whole nursing process.
