中药湿敷并氯雷他啶治疗接触性皮炎

目的：观察中药湿敷配合口服氯雷他啶治疗接触性皮炎临床效果。方法：采用患处外用中药汤剂（组成：马齿苋、黄柏、蒲公英、地肤子、桑叶、生甘草等）冷湿敷，每目早晚各一次。同时应用氯雷他啶10mg，每日一次口服。用药一周为1个疗程．结果：共治疗观察接触性皮炎96例，经1个疗程治愈82例，经2个疗程治愈14例。治愈率100％。未发生明显不良反应。结论：采用中药湿敷配合口服氯雷他啶这种中西医结合方法治疗接触性皮炎，临床效果良好，用药安全可靠。
