左布比卡因与布比卡因用于前列腺电切术的效果观察

目的：观察等效计量的0．5％左布比卡因与0．5％布比卡因用于前列腺电切术的麻醉效果。方法：ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级前列腺电切术患者70例，随机分成左布比卡因组和布比卡因组各35例。L3～4间隙穿刺成功后，分别向蛛网膜下腔注入0．5％左布比卡因或0．5％布比卡因溶液。比较两组患者在感觉和运动阻滞及恢复上的异同；由患者评定镇病情况；并观察用药对患者的影响。结果：两组患者的感觉阻滞起效时间，恢复时间，最高阻滞平面，最达阻滞时间，均差异无显著性（P〉O．05），运动阻滞起效时间和最大运动阻滞时间，运动恢复时间均差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。两组间镇痛效果及肌松程度均差异无显著性（P〉O．05）。左布比卡因组G动过缓，低血压，呕吐等部良反应的发生率明显低于布比卡因组。结论：0．5％左布比卡因用于前列腺电切术麻醉安全有效，与同剂量布比卡因相比较，不良反应少，安全性更高。

Methods：ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ The level prostate gland electrotomy patient 70 examples,divide into the left cloth sto- chastically compare Kain group each 35 examples compared to the Kain group and the cloth. After the L 3-4 gap puncture success,separately the cavity pours into 0.5%0 left cloth to the araehnoidea under compares the Kain solution compared to Kain or 0.5% cloth. Hinders and restores on com- pared with two group of patients in the feeling and the movement the similarities and differences;Evaluates the analgesia situation by the patient;And observes the medication to the patient the influence. Results： Two group of patient＇s feelings hinder the effect time,restores the time, hinders the plane high,most reaches hinders the time,the even difference does not have the significance （P〉0.05） ,the movement hinders the effect time and the big- gest movement hinders the time,the movement to restore the time even difference not to have the significance （P〉0.05）. Two group of analgesic effects and the myo- loose degree even difference do not have the significance （P〉0.05）. Left cloth compared to Kain group heart movement exces- sively slow, the hypotension, the vomit and so on the good response formation rate is lower than the cloth to compare the Kain group obviously. Con- clusion：0. 5~ left cloth use in the prostate gland electrotomy anaesthesia safely compared to Kain effective, compares with the same dosage cloth compared to Kain, responds not good few,the security is higher.
