摘要
观察80名健康大学生八段锦练习前后身体机能检测指标的变化。结果发现:经过连续四个月的健身气功·八段锦锻炼,练习者体重,BMI值下降,而肺活量指数,体脂百分比均有提高,但提升的幅度不同。
Observes around 80 healthy university student eight section of brocade practices the bodily function examination target change. Result discovery: After the continual four month-long fitness qigong · eight section of brocade exercise, the practitioner body weight, the BMI value drops, but the vital capacity index, the body fat percentage has the enhancement, but promotes scope different.
