针刺加推拿治疗落枕疗效观察

落枕可由睡眠时头颈部位置不当或颈部肌肉突然收缩、扭转所致，亦可因外感风寒而引起，临床表现为睡眠后颈部出现疼痛，头常歪向患侧，活动欠利，不能自由活动旋转后颈等。笔者近年来采用针刺加推拿的方法治疗落枕83例，疗效满意，现报道如下。
