巴曲酶是单一成份的类凝血酶，为丝氨酸蛋白酶的一种，化学结构式为直链糖蛋白类化舍物，分子量约36，000。本品能降低血中纤维蛋白原的含量，减少血栓形成的基质，抑制血栓形成。能增强t—PA的活性，促使纤维蛋白溶酶原转变为纤维蛋白溶解，以起到溶解血栓的作用，降低全血粘度，血浆粘度，使血管阻力下降，增加血流量。我院从2003年8月～2008年8月对80例脑梗死患者应用巴曲酶治疗，取得了良好的效果，应用情况如下。

Can strengthen t--PA the activeness, urges the fibrinolysin to transform originally into the fibrinolysis, by plays the dissolved thrombus role, reduces the whole blood viscosity,the blood plasma viscosity, causes the blood vessel resist- ance to drop,increase blood stream quantity. My courtyard ~2008 year in August treated from August,200~ to 80 example brain stem dead patient u- sing Pakistan Qu Mei, has obtained the good effect, the application situation as follows.
