颈源性头痛手法配合中药治疗40例临床观察

一般对头痛治疗，多只局限于头痛而忽略了对颈枕部或肩部的检查，因而治疗效果不佳。头痛是临床常见的症状。头痛患者中一部分是由于颈椎病变引起，常伴随有颈枕部或肩部症状，这种由于颈椎病而引起的头痛称为颈源性头痛。笔者近年来采用手法配合中药治疗颈源性头痛取得较好的疗效。现报道如下。

To the headache treatment,many only limited generally in the headache has neglected to the neck occiput or the shoulder inspection, thus treatment result not good. The headache is the clinical common symptom. In the headache patient a part is because the cervical vertebra patho- logical change causes,often follows has the neck occiput or the shoulder symptom, because this kind the cervical vertebra gets sick the headache which causes to be called the neck source headache. The author in recent years used the technique coordination Chinese native medicine treatment neck source headache to obtain the good curative effect. Presently reports as follows.
