彩色多普勒超声对46例纵隔子宫与妊娠的观察分析

目的：探讨纵隔子宫的妊娠率、流产率。方法：对46例纵隔子宫进行全过程观察。结果：纵隔子宫自然妊娠23例（占50％），自然流产15倒（占32％），腹腔镜术后妊娠18例（占39％）。结论：纵隔子宫流产率高，早发现可以指导保胎及早期治疗，预防和减少母发症。

Objective：Discussion mediastinum womb＇s rate of pregnancy, rate of abortion. Methods：Carries on the entire process observation to 46 example mediastinum womb. Results：The mediastinum womb natural pregnancy 23 examples （account for 50 % ） ,after the natural abortion 25 exampies （account for 32 %） the peritoneoscope technique, the pregnancy 18 examples （account for 39 %）. Conclusions： The mediastinum womb rate of abortion is high,discovered early may instruct the fetus protection and the early treatment,prevents and reduces the maternal infant complication.
