近年来,计算机网络的普及带来了犯罪形态的变化,很多传统型犯罪纷纷借助网络这一新的平台实施新型犯罪,"裸聊"犯罪就是其中之一。在短短几年内,"裸聊"扩散范围之广、危害之大已经引起了整个社会的关注。为此,公安机关只有创新侦查手段,才能有力打击此类行为,净化网络环境和社会道德风尚。

In recent years, the popularity of computer networks has brought changes in the patterns of crime.Many new types of crime thrive on the Internet＇s platform, and ＂nude chat＂ is one of them. In just a few years, the breadth of its spread and endanger has aroused great concern of the whole society. Consequently, the police agency has to innovate and develop the investigative techniques in order to combat such conduct effectively, and to purify the network environment and social morality.
