人工髋关节置换术患者的护理

目的：对人工髋关节置换术患者护理的总结。方法：对我院骨科2005年9月～2008年11月48例人工髋关节置换术患者进行术前、术后的护理，并运用科学的方法，对不同病人、不同训练时期的功能锻炼有针对性的指导，并做好出院指导。结果：本纽48例患者均顺利通过手术，未出现关节脱位、感染、下肢血栓性深静脉炎、肺部感染、压疮等并发症，术后患肢功能恢复良好，随访3个月至1年，患者假体及髋关节功能良好，均能下地行走。结论：充分的术前准备、心理护理和术后的正确护理及早期功能锻炼，可提高髋关节活动度，防止关节僵硬，促进患者术后早日康复。

Results： May appraise the curative effect 21 examples, does not have alleviates （CR） completely, the part alleviates the （PR） 10 example （47.6~） ,the stable （SD）5 example （23.8%） ,progresses the （PD） 6 example （28.6%） ,the total effectiveness （CR＋PR） is 47.6%. Position progress time 5-6 months,position lifetime 8-9 months. Main poisonous side reaction： The marrow suppresses 18 examples （85.7%）,escapes sends 15 examples （71.4%）,diarrhea 10 examples （47.6%）,muscle arthralgia 5 examples （23.8%） and so on. All Ⅲ The poisonous side reaction has 6 examples （28.5 %）, non--treatment relevance death. Conclusion： The taxus mellow union card cultivates his shore treatment old age later period stomach cancer patient effectiveness to be high,the poisonous side reaction may endure,is the old age later period stomach cancer ideal chemotherapy plan.
