脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的康复护理

吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见的合并症。患者常因禁食或进食方法不当而造成脱水、营养不良、吸入性肺炎，甚至窒息。如能及时进行吞咽康复训练、可明显减少并发症。2006年1月至2008年2月，我们尝试对脑卒中吞咽障碍者进行康复训练，取得了良好效果，报告如下。
