摘要
分析了房地产开发项目的成本构成,从引起房地产项目成本变化的主要因素——设计变更入手,依次分析了设计变更的产生、分类及影响设计变更的因素,并对如何控制设计变更提出了一些建议。
The composition of real estate cost is analyzed in this paper. It starts with the design alteration which is the main factor causing the cost changes of real estate program, then analyzes the origin, categories and factors affecting of the design alteration step by step. At last, some suggestions of how to control the design alteration are proposed.
