摘要
在当前劳动法律的背景下,项目施工的人力资源管理存在不规范的现象,劳动合同管理不完善。针对项目施工中人力配置的特殊性,应规避招聘风险,规范劳务管理,完善分配机制,引入合格的外部施工队伍,理顺劳动合同体系,健全劳动用工规章制度。
In the context of labor law at present, the human resourse management in construction exists many irregular phenomenons, and labor contract management is incomplete. According to the particularity of manpower allocation in construction enterprises, the paper put forward to avoiding employment risks, regularising labor management, improving allocation mechanism, introducing qualified external construction teams, establishing labor contract systern and improving employment rules and regulations.
