高职足球教学中表象训练的适用性研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用文献资料和分组实验法,在高职足球教学中运用表象训练法。实验结果显示,在足球教学中正确运用表象训练法,有利于学生通过心理训练,使身体运动与大脑思维活动有机结合,以达到强化和加快足球各项技能的准确形成,提高教学质量。
