摘要
章惠渠电站现行运行方式存在的主要问题是没有考虑洪水预报等非工程措施文章所提出的洪前预泄洪水的调度方式，确定起调水位，预泄流量，可在不增加淹没的情况下增发电量４９万ｋＷ·ｈ。
The main problem of work pattern now of the Zhanghuiqu is that we didn't think about the non engineering measurement such as flood forecast. This paper put forword the pre overflow dispatch pattern which determined the priming level and the pre overflow dispatch. The extra energy output in the condition of no entra flood damage is 490 thousand kW·h. The extra year income is 132 thousand yuan.
