Cause Analysis of the Damage to Rongcheng-Sixiakou Breakwater

荣成西霞口防波堤竣工正常工作两年多之后，一次台风造成防波堤出现坍塌缺口两处的事故，致使防波堤不能正常工作．从设计、施工、竣工运行中查找事故的原因．其结论为运行期间后续工程处理不当造成．

After the Rongcheng-Sixiakou breakwater had been completed for more than two years, the collapses were occurred at two places of the breakwater during a typhoon, as a result, the breakwater was no functioning nomally. According to analysing the design, construction, completion and operation of the breakwater, it is the cause that the follow-up works were dealed with incorrectly during operation.
