对框架柱端有效受弯承载力的现行算法作了分析，指出了其中存在的问题，提出了新的算法，该算法较为圆满地解决了现有算法中所存在的问题．
Analyses the present calculating methods of effective yield moments at ends of columns of a frame and points out their faults. A new calculating method is put forward. The new calculating method, which overcomes the faults of present calculating methods, is easy and useful.
