企业移动式供应链信息化对策研究

Some Researches on Informationization Countermeasures in Enterprise Mobile Supply Chain

目前的企业信息化模式不能让企业各层面的管理人员及时获得有用信息并有效作出反应。移动通信技术必须介入企业的生产、经营和管理,按照供应链管理的要求对企业的各种资源进行全面整合,使企业各部门、企业与客户、企业与上下游厂商之间能够进行无障碍沟通,提升企业管理水平和运作效率。文章结合我国企业的实际情况,给出了相应的企业信息化对策。

Current modes of enterprise informationization can not make the managers in different levels acquire useful information in time and react effectively. This article points out that mobile communication technology should be used in the production, operation and management of enterprises, and the large amount of resources in enterprises should be totally integrated, so that the enterprises and customers can communicate with each other freely, and the efficieney of the enterprise can also be raised. Combining whit the situation of enterprises in China, the article proposes some suggestion on the feasible
