摘要
目的研究转录因子Sp1与凋亡抑制因子Bcl-2在胃腺癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数及患者预后之间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测63例胃腺癌组织(A组)、19例胃黏膜不典型增生组织(B组)及10例因胃良性病变行部分切除的正常胃黏膜组织(C组)中Sp1、Bcl-2的表达特征。结果A组Sp1阳性表达率为58.7%,明显高于B组的21.1%及C组的10.0%(P<0.05);Sp1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度及TNM分期、淋巴结转移之间有明显的相关性。A组Bcl-2的阳性表达率为65.1%,明显高于B组的42.1%及C组的20.0%(P<0.05)。Bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移,无明显相关性。结论Sp1、Bcl-2对胃癌的发生发展起重要作用,检测其蛋白表达水平对于评价患者的预后有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of transcription factor Sp1 and control apoptosis factor Bcl-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of Sp1 and Bcl-2 in the gastric cancer of 63 cases(group A),nontypical hyperplasia tissues 19 cases(group B)and normal gastric mucosa specimens obtained from 10 patients underwent partial gastrotomy for benign diseases(group C).Results The positive rate of Sp1 protein in group A was 58.7%,which was significantly higher than 21.1% in group B and 10.0% in group C(P〈0.05).The expression of Sp1 was closely correlated to the invasive depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The positive rate of Bcl-2 protein in group A was 65.1%,which was significantly higher than 42.1% in group B and 20.0% in group C(P〈0.05).The positive rate of Bcl-2 was not correlated to the invasive depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Sp1 and Bcl-2 protein may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.The detection of the two proteins has a certain value in predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
