摘要
目的:研究人体血浆中可能参与血压调节的多种因子水平的改变与慢性低血压的关系。方法:以新疆某部116例慢性低血压官兵作为低血压组,同时随机抽取该部100例血压正常者作为对照组。用ELLSA法测定两组血浆内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)等心血管活性物质及胃泌素(GS)、睾丸酮(T)和甲状腺功能指标(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH)等水平并进行比较。结果:低血压组NO、ET-Ⅰ、ANP及TSH均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);其余均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:慢性低血压患者心血管活性物质等上述指标显著异常,这些物质与慢性低血压的形成有一定联系。
Objective:To study the relationship between chronic hypotension and several plasma cytokines participating the regulation of blood pressure.Methods: A total of 116 cases of hypotension were chosen from certain troops in Xinjiang as hypotension group.One hundred soldiers with normal blood pressure were randomly obtained from the same troop and used as control group.The contents of plasma vasoactive substance such as ET-1 and NO,gastrin(GS),testosterone(T) and the functional parameters of thyroid gland including T3,T4,FT3,FT and TSH were determined by ELISA.The results were compared and analyzed.Results:The hypotension group had significantly higher contents of NO,ET-1,ANP and TSH than the control group(P0.01 or P0.05).The other indexes in the hypotension group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:The patients with chronic hypotension are obviously abnormal in their vasoactive substance and all above parameters,which are related to the development of chronic hypotension.
