圣脑康丸对快速进入高原青年男性血压、心率的影响

Effects of Shengnaokang pills on the blood pressure and heart rate of young soldiers rapidly entering high altitude

目的:观察圣脑康丸对快速进入高原的青年男性士兵血压、心率的影响。方法:300名进藏新兵随机分为圣脑康组(n=100)、红景天组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。分别测定进入高原前和进入高原后不同时间受试者的血压、心率。结果:与进入高原前相比,各组受试者进入高原后在第1天收缩压、舒张压及心率均有不同程度的升高、加快(P<0.05);在第7天时,圣脑康组及红景天组收缩压、舒张压及心率较对照组均降低(P<0.05),并且圣脑康组收缩压、舒张压及心率比红景天组更低(P<0.05)。结论:圣脑康和红景天对快速进入高原人员的血压、心率有稳定调节的作用,而圣脑康丸稳定调节血压、心率效果优于红景天。

Objective：To observe the effects of Shengnaokang pills on the blood pressure（BP） and heart rate（HR） of young male soldiers rapidly entering high altitude.Methods： A total of 300 young male soldiers were randomly divided into three groups before entering Tibet plateau： Shengnaokang group（n=100）,Rhodiola group（n=100）and control（n=100）.BP and HR were measured before and after entering plateau at different times respectively.Results：The systolic pressure（SP）,diastolic pressure（DP） and HR increased at different degree in three groups 1 day after entering plateau（P0.05）.After 7 days,the SP,DP and HR in Shengnaokang group and Rhodiola group decreased significantly compared with those of the control（P0.05）.Shengnaokang group were statistically lower than Rhodiola group in SP,DP and HR（P0.05）.Conclusion： Both Shengnaokang and Rhodiola can regulate and stabilize the BP and HR of young male soldiers rapidly entering high altitude.The therapeutic effect of Shengnaokang is superior to that of Rhodiola.
