摘要
采用体外培养人胚成骨细胞模型,检测加入不同浓度的锌(10-7~10-3mol/L),对人胚成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果显示,锌在10-4mol/L浓度时,能够显著促进成骨细胞蛋白质的合成,提高碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性。但对成骨细胞增殖作用不明显。当锌浓度低于10-6mol/L时,作用不明显;当锌浓度超过10-4mol/L,达到10-3mol/L时,可抑制成骨细胞的分化,使ALP活性下降,蛋白质合成减少。
With human embryo osteoblast cultured in vitro, the effects of zinc in different concentrations(10 -7  ̄10 -3 mol/L) on human embryo osteoblast proliferation, protein sysnthesis and activity of alkaline phosphatose (ALP) were tested. The results revealed: (1)Zinc of 10 -4 mol/L could significantly promote the protein synthesis in osteoblast and increase ALP activity, without affecting the osteoblast proliferation; (2)Zinc below 10 -6 mol/L did not show effect; (3)Zinc above 10 -4 could inhibit osteoblast differentiation and reduce ALP activity and protein synthesis.
