摘要
通过电镜观察小腿三头肌复合动作电位传导过度(CAPCV)及Guadros指数测量,对经放射线和液氮冷冻处理的SD大鼠同种异体神经移植效果进行了比较。结果表明:单因素处理组与对照组表现相似,髓路及轴突电子密度低而不均匀,外形不光滑有皱折。雪旺氏细胞质及轴突内有较大空泡。而放射线照射加液氮冷冻组则表现为雪旺氏细胞质内小空泡较多。Guadros指数CAPCV结果显示,双因素处理组较单因素处理组优。
Under the observation of electronicmicroscope and measurement of the leg triceps compound active potential conduction velocity (CAPCV)and Guadros' index in transplated sides,comparativestudy of the nerve homograft in rats pretreated byirradiation or/and nitrogen had been performed. Theresults showed that proportion of degenerative nervefibra were different in different groups. The appearInce of single-factor and that of control groups weresimilar. Its electronic dencities of myeline and axonwas low and unidenticall its shape wes creasy. Theapperance of double-factor group wes different. It isdifferent in double-factor group. There were manysmall empty bubbles inside &hewann's cells,but it.mylines and a-cons were normal. The Guadnca indexand CAPCV in double-factor group were significatly higher than that of other groups (P <0. 05).
